1. Subject content and scope of application

China's industry standard JB / t4723-92 stipulates that carbon steel and stainless acid resistant steel can not be disassembled spiral plate replacement

The type, nominal pressure, nominal diameter, calculated heat exchange area and other basic parameters of the heat exchanger. This standard is applicable to the non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger with nominal pressure greater than 1.6Mpa, nominal diameter no more than 1600mm and nominal heat exchange area no more than 120m2. However, with the progress of technology, the large-scale and non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger has been widely used in the national economy. At the same time, the detachable spiral plate heat exchanger also has great development, so the standard has exposed certain limitations. Therefore, this appendix only provides some useful references.
